twice a day- morning and evening. i drink lattes, ’cause i’m spoiled like that.
my MIL drinks coffee every day, all day. she goes through about 4 pots of coffee a day. and she wonders why she has IBS.
I need to get at least one mug once I get up. I use the huge mugs tho, so it’s actually close to 3-4 cups.
