Dear Entertainment Media:

While I am disgusted to admit that I am addicted to checking the celebrity gossip sites on a near-hourly basis, I have to say I am even more repulsed by the content lately.

I am sick of hearing about Tiger Woods and all his freaking affairs and shit. Yes, it’s big news. Yes, he cheated on his beautiful wife with a gazillion other women and didn’t conceal his weapon with a shield while he was doing it. Yes, his wife is no longer wearing her wedding band. Yes, yes, yes. We know.

Seriously, though, it’s old news now. Move on. I’d like to hear the bigger and better news. Like who recently had plastic surgery, which stars got caught with their pants down in public, and what dumb shit flew out of Britney Spears’ mouth last night. You know, the important stuff.

Marital affairs are fascinating and all, but I kind of prefer to just hear about it then move forward from that point. And Tiger Woods, though very attractive, wasn’t all that interesting to begin with. Golf is just kind of for boring pussies. Sorry.

So please, find something worthwhile to talk about.

It’s been sunny in Seattle for a week straight. Until yesterday, that is. And yesterday, well, it was cold enough when the clouds blew in that a few snowflakes fell from the sky. Apparently, it’s called a “flurry” when that happens, but whatever. We’re from the desert. When water in a solid form falls from the clouds, it’s either snow or hail. So we called it “snow”.

The girls absolutely loved it, and so did we. I cannot tell you how much I love living in a place that has seasons. This season is called Winter, and it’s completely different from Summer, Fall, and Spring. Amazing, huh?

Yeah, I’m wearing my pajama robe and my eyes are swollen from the cold I’ve been battling, but just look how freaking adorable April looks!
