After an obsessive amount of thought, research, a consultation, and conversation with my blog readers, I have decided that the IUD is not a good birth control option for me for several reasons.
For now, I’m going to stay on The Pill at least until the end of this cycle, then I may or may not continue it for another 3 cycles, since that’s all I have on refills. After that, I’m not going to take it anymore. Number one, I don’t really like taking it; and number two, it’s probably not a safe thing for someone like me to take for an extended period of time. Plus, I keep stressing that it’s making me fat. Stupid, I know.
As far as birth control in the future, I’m thinking abstinence will just have to do. I’m sick of dealing with it, and I don’t want to chance getting pregnant again. And condoms just suck.
Besides, my vibrator is available whenever I’m up for it, and there’s absolutely zero stress or emotional bullshit involved. It’d be a much simpler sex life if we were exclusive.
